Besides hanging out with Yoko Ono and dropping the occasional remix, Mike D has kept a low profile as of late. But on Monday night, the Beastie Boys emcee reappeared on the floor of the Barclays Center. The rapper was on hand to introduce the hometown Brooklyn Nets prior to game four of their Eastern Conference Semifinals contest the Miami Heat. Spoiler alert: Despite the enthusiastic intro, the Nets fell 102-96, but at least we get to hear Mike D yell “Brooklyn!” just like old times. Watch the clip below (via Nets Daily).
