David Bowie confirms first live performance of “Lazarus”

It’s been a decade since David Bowie last took the stage, and it doesn’t appear that will change any time. soon. However, fans can see his music performed live in the new theatrical adaptation of Lazarus, and that includes the title track, which also serves as the latest single to his new album, (pronounced Blackstar).

In fact, the cast of Lazarus, led by Michael C. Hall, will perform the song live on the December 17th episode of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. It marks the first public performance of “Lazarus” outside of the New York Theatre Workshop, where the musical is being staged through January 20th.
