Bonnaroo reveals 2017 lineup: U2, Chili Peppers, The Weeknd to headline

Bonnaroo has revealed its 2017 lineup. The four-day mega fest returns to Manchester, Tennessee from June 8th – 11th.

As previously reported, U2 will top the lineup, marking their first-ever headlining appearance at a US festival. Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of The Joshua Tree, the band will be playing the 1987 classic in sequential order.

Joining U2 as headliners are Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Weeknd. Other notable acts include Lorde, Chance the Rapper, The xx, Flume, Major Lazer, Travis Scott, Cage the Elephant, Future Islands, Tegan and Sara, Crystal Castles, Royal Blood, Car Seat Headrest, D.R.A.M., Flatbush Zombies, BadBadNotGood, The Orwells, and Kevin Morby.

Also playing are Glass Animals, Tove Lo, Big Gigantic, Umphrey’s McGee, Portugal. the Man, The Head and the Heart, Milky Chance, Michael Kiwanuka, Cold War Kids, Gallant, Margo Price, James Vincent McMorrow, The Front Bottoms, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Deap Vally, Hippo Campus, Francis and the Lights, Lucy Dacus, White Reaper, and Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, among others. Update: An earlier version of the lineup included Martin Garrix, but he’s since been removed.
