Chris DeSalvo
Chris DeSalvo - Contributing Writer
Chris enjoys reading books by authors you’ve never heard of. He enjoys obscure Icelandic sludge-metal bands you wouldn’t understand. Chris has grown bored writing this bio.
Ha.
Chris De Salvo aspires to be a writer with a voice. It’s his firm goal to provide several memorable dissertations on all things that interest him. Ben Folds is a major influence on Chris’s life, and it’s safe to say he hopes to emulate the prolific songwriter/pianists’ pursuit of making self-deprecation more than a life-long Conan O’Brien impression.
If you’re a fan of Chuck Klosterman, or John Sellers, you’ll probably dig Chris’s stuff, though he insists his talent doesn’t so much mimic these brilliant authors as it constantly reminds you why they’re great, and he’s not. (Yeah! Self-Deprecation!)
Chris love the Chicago Cubs with a passion that’s left third-degree burns on his soul, and wouldn’t trade his fan ship for anything, nor sell it on eBay for five-grand like that douche bag who was featured on the news in October. Faker.
Tune in!
