Dana Grossman

Born and raised in New York City, Dana Grossman recently graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University Lincoln Center. Like every good psychology student, she blew off graduate school and the field as a whole in favor of her initial interest in journalism. If she’s going to deal with crazy people in a job, she figures that covering and giggling at people like Ozzy Osborne and Marilyn Manson is bound to be a lot more fun than working at a clinic.

When she isn’t listening to albums on endless repeat, she can be found binging on video games, karaokeing, writing fiction, and dressing up like little boys at anime and comic conventions (there’s only so many characters to cosplay when you’re five feet tall, really!). Her taste in music ranges from classic and alternative rock to symphonic metal and Neo-Medieval, with a guilty pleasure obsession with musicals and video game soundtracks.

She's more than happy to work at Consequence of Sound and expand her knowledge of music and writing.
