Harley Oliver Brown discovered a surprising, undeniable love of music in Minneapolis after graduating from Macalester College with a degree in fiction writing. Following stints at Minnesota Public Radio and promoting music to college radio, Harley left the land of Prince and Paul Westerberg to study music criticism at New York University.
