It's early 2006 and Jesper Persson is starting to discover the fascinating world of downloading music. At first, DC++ opened up a whole world of musical magic to him, available just one click away. A nerd seed was planted. Towards the latter half of that year, he discovered music blogs and his tastes refined further, delving deeper into the music community. He also started compensating the fact that he downloaded illegally more than the average by also buying music a lot more than the average. A geek sprouted.
In 2007 he decided to start his own music blog: The Lemur Blog at http://thelemurblog.blogspot.com/.
In 2009 TLB moved to http://thelemurblog.com/ although the other one remains as a museum piece. By then, he had transformed from geek to maniac that didn't care for genres but devoured just about everything.
Since the beginning of 2009 he also started writing for CoS and as a writer, reviewer and critic he has evolved into an elitistic, know-it-all besserwisser. Or something like that... ;)
By 2010 he was a bestial 18-yearold black hole, threatening the entire music community by uninhibitedly sucking in everything that we hold dear, and God knows what happens to all the precious stuff (and the not so precious stuff) on the other side. Some of it miraculously comes back as articles published here on CoS, some of it lands on The Lemur Blog. But none of the works carry enough sanity to tell the tale...
