  1. Oh, I just saw Evan’s post. Nice! Does anyone know what the twitter address is for this? I can’t find it.

  2. This is interesting– both of the confirmed acts so far have taken down their Rites of Spring dates from Myspace. I was looking for new confirmations using the search function and neither one of these comes up any more. I’m assuming they were asked to keep it on the DL, but this website is obviously too quick for them!

  3. according to the rites of spring twitter the lineup comes out on thursday

  4. Second confirmation:

    Sierra Leon Refugee All-Stars 4/23

(BTW, you should correct the dates. It’s April 23-24th. Nothing on the 22nd)

  5. Also, the 2009 artists have been moved to the history section and the artist page now says “TBA soon”. Last year, the bulk of the lineup was announced towards the end of February.

  6. The website now lists Friday April 23rd and Saturday the 24th as the dates. Battle of the Bands winners are scheduled to start at 3:20pm Friday and gates open at 3pm Saturday. Looks like it will be a similar schedule to last year.

  7. In the past few years, this has taken place on Friday and Saturday, but it used to be a 3 day event before that (with only a handful of acts on Thursday). The Vandy calendar is listing it as 22-24 for now, so I guess they might be going back to the old formula. Hopefully this year is as good as last year.

  8. Thanks for getting this going! I’m stoked about Passion Pit.
