Called Coffee Bean Brown Comes Alive, the album was recorded at now-defunct New York City venue Mo Pitkin’s and features the four-piece experimenting with acoustic guitars, piano, banjo, cello, mandolin and more.

Since its formation in 1997, Tea Leaf Green has released five studio albums. However, what they’re best known for are their live performances. Originally hailing from San Francisco, the band’s sound is heavily influenced by seventies rock, and has garnered them a highly-devoted group of followers. Having played venues across the country, and at festivals like All Good, Bonnaroo, Rothbury, and High Sierra, the band has made a reputation for itself as one to watch out for in the jam-rock scene. Coffee Bean Brown presents a stripped-down version of the band’s live energy; unplugged, Tea Leaf can show a softer, more intimate side.

In support of the release, Tea Leaf Grean will hit the road both as Tea Leaf Green and Coffee Bean Brown. Confirmed tour dates below.
