The 43 confirmed acts, which will play four of Portland’s finest venue, includes Roky Erickson, Black Lips, Jay Reatard, The Almighty Defenders, King Khan and BBQ Show, The Dutchess and the Duke, Gino Washington, and Japanese Motors among others.
