That being said, it was still a bit surprising to hear of the soda company’s latest marketing ploy, in which Coke has tapped the talents of France’s hottest Christian DJ duo, Justice, and Ed Banger Records designer So-Me to promote Club Coke.

What is Club Coke, you ask? Basically, it’s the soft drink giant’s newest marketing campaign aimed specifically at the previously untapped European dance scene and its incredibly random and strange subset of Coke drinkers that love the stuff as much as their nose candy. And what better way for them to promote the stuff than by slapping Justice and So-Me on the cover? Beats me!

The 2009 Coca-Cola campaign features an entirely new bottle designed by Justice and So-Me, borrowing the animation style from Justice’s music video sensation “D.A.N.C.E.” for their commercial featured below. And we’ve also got a clip from Justice’s special DJ set at the Paris VIP club on February 11th, when Club Coke was officially unveiled to Europe’s finest dance clubs and privileged coke fiends.

Now if I only had a coke to enjoy this all with…
