As we reported over the weekend, Black Flag founder Greg Ginn has taken legal action against former bandmates Keith Morris, Dez Cadena, Bill Stevenson, and Chuck Dukowski, who recently reunited under the banner FLAG. Ginn is suing the group, as well as Henry Rollins, for trademark infringement claiming that the FLAG name and logo are “likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception among fans.”

Does Ginn have a case or is this simply a publicity grab? On today’s Rock it Out! Blog, Sami and Consequence of Sound Marketing Director Dan Pfleegor (who is also an attorney) discuss the lawsuit and whether or not the Ginn has a leg to stand on.

Do you side with Ginn in this case or are you standing behind the members of FLAG and Rollins? Let us know in the comment section down below.
