Green Day heads to Europe…soon

After secret shows, a wealthy amount of U.S. tour dates, a new single and video, the Green Day hype machine continues chugging along. This time around, the band’s treating its European fans. Beginning September, and following its lengthy U.S. tour, Green Day will scale the European shorelines, all in support of its eighth studio album, 21st Century Breakdown.

Fans should start saving up, because this looks to be one hell of a tour. Not only is the band performing two nights in London’s O2 Arena, but they’ll also be hitting up just about every arena that Europe has built. Stuck in Manchester? They got ya covered. Can’t leave Antwerp? Don’t have to! Billy Joe Armstrong and co are heading into your village, town, city, province, or what have you. So, start getting amp’d.

21st Century Breakdown will be available worldwide on May 15th. Ticket sales for European dates start May 1st.
