Patrick Watson & The Wooden Arms embark on longest U.S. trip to date in May

on April 18, 2010, 11:13am

Montreal  indie pop musician Patrick Watson and his once eponymous band, now called The Wooden Arms (after the 2009 album of the same name), have some touring to do in the near future. This is their longest U.S. tour to date, in fact, and on the largest stages — perhaps the largest being their appearance at Sasquatch.

The tour begins in Brooklyn on May 6th. After a few days in the East Coast, Watson and crew will hit Chicago and Denver on the way to a six-date West Coast swing, culminating in the Sasquatch! gig on May 29th.

Most of the coastal dates will feature opener Doveman, while Laura Marling joins The Wooden Arms for the Portland show. You can grab your tickets here.
