The Do Lab announces Lightning in a Bottle charity album

on September 08, 2010, 6:40pm

Here’s more great music for an even better cause: The Do Lab, a LA based artist collective, has announced a compilation featuring artists who performed at this year’s Lightning in a Bottle. Created by The Confluence in their post-label approach and featuring music from The Very Best, The Glitch Mob, Nico Vega, and Beats Antique, the 19-track Lightning in Your Ear will benefit the charity CritcalBeats.org for the “preservation of the rain forest and indigenous culture through the sale of music derived from the Amazonian tribal sounds from the very cultures in need of protection.”

The album isn’t due until September 21st, but you can pick up an exclusive pre-release, for the price of your choosing, here. Below, you can find a full album stream, as well as a video recap of Lightning of a Bottle ’10, put together by “Smitty”.
