Sigur Rós will debut their latest LP, Valtari, during a 24-hour worldwide listening party called the Valtari Hour. On May 17th, at 7pm local time, fans across the world can hear an exclusive one-hour stream of the album through the band’s website, on local radio stations, or at local read stores.

In the U.S , specifically, NPR will be offer the stream online, while its affiliate radio stations will broadcast the album across the country.  For those who choose attend a local record store listening party, an album pre-order will entitle you to a limited edition Valtari print, and one lucky winner in each store will receive a Valtari prize pack, which includes a Valtari vinyl test pressing, a copy of the very-sold-out RSD exclusive Hvarf/Heim LP on clear vinyl, and a custom, limited print. Scroll below for a full list of participating radio stations and record stores in the U.S.
