 Stream: Muse The 2nd Law

Muse’s new album, The 2nd Law, is now streaming in full at The Guardian’s website. If you haven’t been following the promotional cycle, the band caused quite the stir with their dubstep-y single “Madness”. However, according to press for the album, the 12-track effort was influenced by an array of musicians, everyone from The Beach Boys to David Bowie to Queen. If you like what you hear, the album hits stores on October 2nd via Helium 3/Warner Bros. Records.

Also streaming this week is the new album from R&B singer Miguel. Kaleidoscope Dream officially arrives October 2nd via ByStorm/RCA, but you can hear it now at NPR.org.

Berkeley-by-way-of-Cincinnati indie rockers Why? are also streaming their new album early. Mumps, etc. is out October 9th via Anticon/City Slang, but you can hear all 13 tracks right now at FACT. You can find more details regarding the album’s collaborators and instrumentation here.
