It took 43 years, but Black Sabbath have earned their first-ever No. 1 album. 13, the band’s thirteenth album and first with Ozzy Osbourne since 1978’s Never Say Die!, tops the Billboard 200 Album Charts after moving 155,000 copies in its opening week of release, reports Billboard.
Prior to 13, Black Sabbaths highest-charting album had been 1971’s Masters of Reality, which peaked at No. 8. Osbourne’s last album with Sabbath, 1998’s Reunion, debuted at N0. 11 after selling 62,000 copies in its opening week.
