With Drake’s new album Nothing Was The Same out less than a week, a slew of rappers have already taken a crack at freestyling over the Jay Z-featuring closing track, “Pound Cake”. Lupe Fiasco made it into a Drizzy dis track, The L.O.X. continued their reunion plans by releasing “Hood Cake”, and now Raekwon gets caught up in the Drakeover with his “Marble Cake” freestyle.

Rae’s version makes a few adjustments to Boi-1da-produced original, namely adding an intro that samples Ghostface Killah’s verse from “Glaciers of Ice” and changing Hov’s chant of “cake, cake” to “tecs, tecs.” From there, it’s more lyrical stunting from The Chef, who spits rhymes about how awesome being Raekwon truly is (“Leathers in all flavors/Taught niggas how to get fly and flip spaceships/Rock mad diamonds and scribes, see the bracelet/Ask Ghost where the eagle come from, he don’t say shit.”) Listen in below.

Rae’s also at work on his upcoming solo album, F.I.L.A(that’s Fly International Luxurious Art). Listen to lead single “Soundboy Kill It” here.
