On last year’s Young & Old, indie-pop twosome Tennis recruited the production help of The Black Keys’ own Patrick Carney. For their forthcoming Small Sound EP, due out November 5th via Communion, they’re joined by yet another A-lister in Richard Swift (The Shins, Foxygen, Damien Jurado).
Our first taste of the EP comes courtesy of “Mean Streets”. The charming, but punchy little rocker finds the CoSigned husband and wife duo pouncing on a piano and urging us to partake in the festivities. “You’ve got to give it what you’ve got, now,” sings Alaina Moore. Listen in below.
In support of Small Sound, Tennis will hit the road for most of November. Peep all the dates below.
