Admit it, Millennials: you’ve thought about throwing in the towel on your day job and opening a bar or – better yet – a record store. Part of you always wanted to be Rob Gordon, though less despondent and with fewer girl problems. Well, if you happen to live around central London, Tim Derbyshire is giving some lucky burn-out the chance to live the dream and own On The Beat Records.

Derbyshire recently listed the 35-year old Soho-based shop, along with all the vinyl inside, on eBay with a Buy it Now price of £300,000 (roughly $482,703 USD). According to FACT, Derbyshire thinks the shop “needs someone younger” who “must be passionate about music, or it will lose its identity.” The eBay listing states that this is more a chance to “live the High Fidelity life” than make a fortune, adding, “If you’re at the stage in your life when you don’t have to worry about making money but can live the bohemian life, meet interesting people every day and the occasional pop or rock star, here’s your chance…”

So, if you really wanna go all John Cusack in London, or if you’re just willing to drop half a milli on probably one of the best vinyl collections around, head to eBay and make an offer before the November 25th deadline. In related news, I’m officially putting in my two weeks notice.
