In 2002, Austin post-rockers …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead released Source Tags & Codes, their major label debut with Interscope and the LP often heralded as the creative peak of their lengthy discography. Last year, they embarked on an Australian tour where each stop saw the album played in its entirety, and now they’re bringing that very same show stateside.
The tour, which will also include “other career spanning songs”, runs from March 26th through April 3rd and includes dates in Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Toronto, and a two-show stint in Chicago. French psyche-punk band La Femme and Brooklyn folk rockers Midnight Masses will serve as support. Consult the full schedule below.
In addition to celebrating their past, the band will be hitting the studio this spring to record their ninth album alongside producer/longtime collaborator Chris “Frenchie” Smith. It’s due out sometime this fall.
