on March 28, 2014, 10:15am

Rising rap group Migos was involved in a drive-by shooting in Miami early Friday morning, which left one person wounded, according to WSVN News.

At the moment, it’s unclear if the victim is a member of the group or its entourage. He was shot in the leg, though his condition is unknown.

Update: Migos’ manager told TMZ that no one was injured in the shooting.

According to Florida Highway Patrol trooper Joe Sanchez, Migos were attacked after leaving a South Beach night club. “They were supposed to be performing at Cafe Iguanas in Broward and apparently for whatever reason there was an altercation or disagreement with management and they didn’t perform, so as they were driving southbound on I-95, according to the witnesses in the van, a dark vehicle pulled along side them and opened fire,” said Sanchez. “A member of the group was in possession of his personal handgun and he returned fire. ”

Hailing from Georgia, Migos is comprised of Quavo (real name Quavious Marshall, age 22), Takeoff (real name Kirshnik Ball, age 19) and Offset (real name Kiari Cephus, age 22). They’re best known for their 2013 single “Versace”.

This is a developing story.
