Oh, Bill Murray, is there anything you do that doesn’t bring joy to my life? (Okay, holding up Ghostbusters 3 for years aside.) If you’re a Murray devotee, you’ve heard the tales of Murray’s surprise interactions with every day folks; hell, there’s a whole website dedicated to ’em. The comedic actor has been known to take over bartending duties at local pubs, join pickup kickball games, and even walk into random karaoke rooms to party with strangers
But Bill Motherf*cking Murray really doesn’t need to take over a room at Karaoke Boho to prove his vocal chops — not when he’s got his own restaurant down in Florida. While in St. Augustine for the annual Caddyshack charity golf game, Murray took the mic at his own Murray Bros. Caddyshack Restaurant for a 45-minute live-band karaoke set. In video obtained by TMZ, you can watch the man AKA Carl Spackler deliver a passionate, crowd-pleasing rendition of The Animals’ “House of the Rising Sun”, even accompanying himself on tambourine. Never change, Mr. Murray, never change.
