The Decemberists returned to the stage last night at Boston Calling music festival, marking their first performance in three years. The band played a career-spanning 15-song set, which included two new songs presumably from their forthcoming seventh studio album. See the full setlist below.

The band is next set to perform at a benefit concert in Portland, OR on May 30th, during which they’ll perform their 2002 debut, Castaways and Cutouts, in full.

As for the new album, frontman Colin Meloy previously announced his intention to release it by year’s end. It will serve as the follow-up to 2011’s The King Is Dead.
