Since Kanye West may have legal claim to G.O.O.D. Friday, Weezer is instead using Wednesdays to preview its forthcoming LP. Every Hump Day since mid-March, the nerd-rock overlords have offered up bizarre dispatches from the studio, where they’re recording the follow-up to 2010’s Hurley alongside producer Ric Ocasek.

Now, the band’s previewed a song called “Ain’t Got Nobody”, featuring 40 seconds of frills-fee, fun-seeking rock ala a slightly more cohesive Raditude.
