As unlikely as it may seem, rapper ScHoolboy Q and comedian Pete Holmes actually seem to be quite simpatico. When Q appeared on the Pete Holmes Show back in December, the pair had a rather riveting conversation about smoking weed with mothers and concert etiquette for white people. Last night, though, they took their burgeoning friendship to the next level when Q allowed Holmes to join his crew.
Like all good bros tend to do, they touched on a myriad of topics: the proper way to wear a bucket hat; the virtues of breasts over posteriors; potential crew names (“Palz” and “After-School Specialz” being clear contenders); how to properly engage future guests with “more swag”; and a little friendly shit-talking involving Holmes’ utter whiteness and pure love of Ray Romano. Ain’t friendship just the best?
