Last month, alt-R&B singer Tom Krell, aka How to Dress Well, released his excellent new album, “What Is This Heart?” through Weird World/Domino. The album’s deluxe edition includes a 28-page photo booklet and a bonus 10-inch featuring two non-album tracks, “So Easy for Pleasure” and “Let U Know”.
