Listen: Low covers Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m On Fire”

on July 22, 2014, 11:50am

Dead Man’s Town is a forthcoming tribute to Bruce Springsteen’s iconic 1984 album, Born In The U.S.A. Due out on September 16th, it features the likes of Jason Isbell, Justin Town Earles, Blitzen Trapper, and Nicole Atkins. For their contribution, Duluth indie rock veterans Low take on the slow-burner “I’m On Fire”.

No strangers to covers, having tackled both Neil Young and Rihanna in the past, Low seamlessly apply their own haunting spin on the Boss classic. Listen in below (via Stereogum).
