As another week comes to a close, so does another previously unreleased Chromatics song makes its way to the Internet, courtesy of resident producer Johnny Jewel and his seemingly bottomless vault of rarities. Following the 8-track versions of “At Your Door” and “Shadow”, an instrumental piece, and a cover of “Blue Moon”, comes an ethereal and slow-burning gem called “White Light”. It may have been two years since the synthpop outfit released their excellent album, Kill For Love, but gorgeous bonus cuts like this one make the wait for a new LP almost painless. (Keyword: Almost).
