With the holiday season upon us, The Killers have debuted their new Christmas single. For the last decade, Brandon Flowers and co. have penned holiday-themed songs and donated all proceeds to the AIDS charity (RED). In the past, they’ve collaborated with everyone from Elton John to Pet Shop Boys’ Neil Tennant to Dawes. This go-around, they team with Jimmy Kimmel for “Joel, the Lump of Coal”.
As its title suggests, “Joel, the Lump of Coal” is a particularly goofy song involving a rejected piece of anthracite. The corresponding video was debuted during last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live and can be watched below. The song, meanwhile, is available for purchase via iTunes.
