Björk announces new album Vulnicura

on January 13, 2015, 10:00pm

Björk has announced a new album entitled Vulnicura, which will be released in March. It serves as the follow-up to 2011’s multimedia album Biophilia.

Six of the nine album tracks Björk co-produced with Arca (aka Alejandro Ghersi, who previously worked with Kanye West and FKA twigs). Arca also co-wrote two songs with Björk. Additional production and mixing was handled by The Haxan Cloak. Below, read the Icelandic pop singer’s note announcing the album, followed by the transcribed tracklist.

It appears Björk will tour behind the album: She’s already confirmed an appearance at New York’s Governors Ball Music Festival in June.
