Backwoods Camping & Music Festival will return to Stroud, Oklahoma over Labor Day Weekend (September 4th through 6th). Held at The Tatanka Ranch just off Route 66, the festival features six “venues” around the grounds, like the Meadow, with its DJ Booth up in a treehouse; SolLun, with its bar made from 100% recycled material; or Nirvana Woodlands, which is pretty self-explanatory.
Populating those venues will be a vast array of musical talent from across the genres. Today, Backwoods unveiled the full lineup … sort of. The poster below contains the name of each and every artist appearing at the festival this year, but if you’ve never heard of “Ltz Efhsoide” or can’t pronounce “Insdydircpht,” you’re not going insane. The names have been jumbled about and it’s up to you to set them straight.
For multi-part names, you’ll see the correct number of letters in each part, but not necessarily the correct letters themselves. In other words, the first part of “Tie Mucsro” doesn’t have to be “Tie” or “Eit” or “Tei”, but it could be “Tom” or “Rum” or “Tre”. Get it?
Give it your best shot and post your guesses in the comments below. To find out how good your anagram skills are, check back on Consequence of Sound this Monday, March 2nd at 5 p.m. EST to see the full, real, completely unscrambled lineup.
