Rihanna premieres new song “American Oxygen” — watch

on April 04, 2015, 11:16pm

On Saturday night, Rihanna headlined the March Madness Festival, taking place in Indianapolis as part of the festivities surrounding the NCAA’s Men’s Final Four.

Her set included the debut of “American Oxygen”. The song has been played in and out of commercial breaks for the entirety of the NCCA tournament, but tonight marked the first time we’ve heard it in full.

Watch Rihanna’s entire March Madness set below. “American Oxygen” begins at the 3:00 mark. The setlist also included the Kanye and Paul McCartney collaboration “FourFiveSeconds” (sans Kanye and Macca, sadly) and her latest single, “Bitch Better Have My Money”.

Update: The studio version of “American Oxygen” is streaming now via TIDAL.

Rihanna’s as-yet-untitled eighth LP, which serves as the follow-up to 2012’s Unapologetic, is due out later this year.
