If Glenn Danzig tells you he doesn’t want his picture taken, it’s probably best that you heed his word. Unless of course you’d like to be put in a chokehold.
That’s what happened to one persistent concert goer and general prankster douchebag named Navid Farsi. As TMZ reports, during a Danzig show in California recently, Farsi repeatedly defied the band’s strict no-photo policy and tried to snap a pic of the metal rockers.
His first attempt was quickly squashed by Danzig himself, who snatched Farsi’s phone right out of his hands and chucked it off the stage. The second time around, however, out by Danzig’s tour bus, the already ticked off frontman set Farsi straight by putting him in a chokehold. “He’s being an asshole! Take his camera!” Danzig can be heard yelling in a video of the takedown. Watch footage below.
If Farsi looks familiar, it’s because the 28-year-old had previously been arrested for “sugar-bombing” Adam Levine. The un-punk Maroon 5 frontman, unsurprisingly, did nothing in retaliation.
