Mac DeMarco already wanted to soundtrack your summer BBQ, and now he wants to invite you over for a cup of coffee. No, really. “My House by the Water”, the closing track to his new mini album, Another One, ends with DeMarco providing his home address in Far Rockaway, New York and inviting listeners over for a cup o’ joe.

“The way I rationalize it, to have the address you’ll have to listen to the album to the very end,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “Second, to even consider coming to my house you have to be a kind of a superfan. And thirdly, it’s in such a weird part of New York that if they actually get there, they deserve a cup of coffee.”

Another One leaked a few weeks back, and so far DeMarco estimates that 30 people have showed up knocking at his door. When the follow-up to last year’s Salad Days officially hits shelves on August 7th, there’s sure to be even more making the long trek out to the singer’s “kind of sketchy” neighborhood for a caffeine kick and a chat. Just remember, you’ll be having a drink with this guy:

Though the address-revealing track has yet to be released, you can sample Another One via “The Way You’d Love Her”, “I’ve Been Waiting for Her”, “No Other Heart”, and the title track.
