In Photos: Laura Marling at Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club (7/31)

on August 01, 2015, 5:45pm

Laura Marling hasn’t been to Washington, D.C., in a couple of years. In 2013, Marling, joined by Jay Brannan, was the first artist to play at Lincoln Theatre after the announcement that I.M.P. would be operating the theatre. With her return to the U Street area, the packed 9:30 Club proved Marling has been missed. She entranced the crowd with songs like “Master Hunter” and “Love Be Brave”. The crowd treated the show like it was a sacred event and left craving more.

Set List:

Walk Alone
Master Hunter
Love Be Brave
Alas I Cannot Swim
Goodbye England
