on October 27, 2015, 1:10am

Chance the Rapper has been teasing the release of a new mixtape, which would mark his third of 2015. Earlier this month, he debuted an untitled track during his set at Austin City Limits. He followed that up on Monday night by appearing on Late Show with Stephen Colbert to debut another new song. This one is called “Angels” and features fellow Chicago MC Saba.

The performance saw Chance do his best Drake impersonation, while Colbert himself sat in the wings as he wore a halo over his head. Replay it all below.

The studio version is already available for free download via iTunes, and is streaming below.

Prior to the performance, Chance sat down with Colbert for a brief interview. They spoke of their impending collaboration, which was first announced by Chance over the weekend, as well as plans for a documentary which will also feature Colbert.

Already this year, Chance has released Surf, made in conjunction with his band The Social Experiment, and the joint Lil B project, Free (Based Styles Mixtape).
