George W. Bush doesn’t care about Kanye West’s (presidential run)

on October 30, 2015, 11:00am

Kanye West has every intention of becoming the President of the United States come the year 2020. Though his political aspirations are still in their early phases, the Chicago MC has received a vote of confidence from his fans (including this one right here!) and even President Obama. Still, not everyone’s a believer.

Case in point: the absolutely well-regarded and competent former president George W. Bush. As Stereogum points out, when TMZ recently asked him to weigh in on the idea of Yeezy as Commander in Chief, he had nothing but a hearty, pompous laugh to offer the cameras. And that’s it — the question apparently didn’t even warrant a verbal response.

Funny. It’s been 10 years since Kanye claimed Bush “doesn’t care about black people,” and it looks as though nothing’s changed one bit.

Watch the TMZ clip below.

And revisit Kanye’s infamous calling out of Bush.
