Rising trio Basecamp prides themselves on their ability to incorporate various genres into a musical tapestry. Since their 2013 self-titled debut EP, the Nashville natives have found their sweet spot, nestled between the worlds of R&B and electronica, and even the right label to call home: OWSLA, known for its eclectic roster and even more eclectic head honcho, Skrillex.
Their latest single, “In My Veins”, showcases their evolved sound. Featuring guest contributions from Del the Funky Homosapien and Billie Black, and additional production from soul man Jamie Lidell, it’s a contagious melding of house, R&B, and electropop that’s reminiscent of Disclosure’s and Rudimental’s silkier ventures.

“In My Veins” is part of a two-song single, due out via Red Bull Sound Select on November 13th. Later this month, Basecamp will open for iLoveMakonnen on November 28th as part of Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days in LA.
