On January 22nd, Chairlift return with their third studio album, Moth. The follow-up to 2012’s Something, due out through Columbia Records, was first previewed with last month’s stellar “Ch-Ching”. Now, Caroline Polachek and Patrick Wimberly are teasing the forthcoming LP with “Romeo”.

According to a press release, the synth-laced, propulsive track was written from the perspective of Atalanta, a character in Greek mythology known for being “a virgin huntress, unwilling to marry.” “Romeo, put on your running shoes, I’m ready to go,” Polachek entices during the chorus.
