John Congleton unveils new solo song “Your Temporary Custodian” — listen

on February 24, 2016, 9:20am

Throughout his career, renowned producer John Congleton has worked with a variety of artists, across all genres, including St. Vincent, Cloud Nothings, Earl Sweatshirt, and Brian Wilson. It should come as no surprise, then, that his own solo material reflects that diverse palette.

Case in point: “Your Temporary Custodian”, the latest offering off forthcoming album Until the Horror Goes. Led by wailing synths, it’s a track that transforms from unsettling noise-rock haunter to melodic, uplifting jam in just a little over five minutes.
