Brooklyn’s Woods are slated to release their ninth studio album, City Sun Eater in the River Light, this April. The follow-up to 2014’s With Light and With Love sees the band incorporating new elements into their style of psychedelic folk. We heard that on last month’s impressive lead single “Sun City Creeps”, and now, again, on their latest offering “Can’t See At All”.
Here, Woods traverse a landscape replete with dusty, ’70s funk. Peppered throughout is also the glowing hum of what sounds like an organ.

City Sun Eater in the River Light hits stores on April 8th through the band’s longtime label Woodsist. In support, Woods will embark on a US spring tour; find the itinerary here.
