Rolling Stone releases list of the 40 greatest punk albums, and Blink-182 is included

A week after ranking the 100 greatest drummers, Rolling Stone is back with another outrageous list. This time, the magazine’s editors have unveiled their picks for the best punk albums, and get ready for even more controversy.

It’s worth noting that no one punk band has more than one entry on the list. Still, that doesn’t make it any easier to stomach omissions such as London Calling, Tim, and Raw Power in favor of Blink-182’s Enema of the State.

Also, Bleach is more of a punk album than Nevermind, and even that’s a stretch.
