Goldenvoice made waves a few years back when they opted to expand Coachella to a two weekend format and by all accounts. They’ll be taking a similar approach with their forthcoming megafest Desert Trip.
Due to “overwhelming demand,” a second weekend of the all-star music event has been announced for October 14th – 16th. As with the the first weekend, Desert Trip will kick off Friday night with back-to-back performances from The Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan. Sir Paul McCartney and Neil Young will headline the following night, with the weekend coming to a close on Sunday, October 16th with Roger Waters and The Who.
Tickets to both weekends go on sale today, Monday, May 9th at 10 a.m. PST. The prices are as follows:
Single-day passes – $199
Three-day general admission – $399
Reserved floor – $699, $999, $1,599
