Drake’s latest album, Views, was an Apple Music exclusive upon its release in May, eventually earning the platform more than one billion streams. The 6 God continues to rep the company this week with a funny new ad in which he fails to bench-press because he’s so distracted by his Apple Music playlist — specifically Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” single. Drizzy’s his cheesy, affable self throughout, hamming it up in front of a gym mirror and singing along ecstatically like a 12-year-old girl at her first Tay concert.
Watch it up above. The new ad follows a similar one from Swift, which showed the pop star flying off a treadmill after getting too swept up in Drake and Future’s “Jumpman” cut. As you might remember, Swift too is an Apple loyalist, as her entire catalog can only be found on the company’s streaming platform.
In related news, Swift is rumored to be working on a more “urban” album with help from Drake.
