J. Cole has just announced that Dreamville Festival will return for a second year to his home state of North Carolina. The one-day outdoor music festival will once again take place at the historic Dorothea Dix Park Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. Update: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the festival has been moved to August 29th, 2020.
