Acoustic Christmas (short title: Acoustic X-Mas) is an annual concert run by the Los Angeles radio station KROQ. Since its inception in 1990, the concert has attracted increasingly popular alternative rock bands and singers. It takes place over a weekend in mid-December, and has in recent years been broadcast for free on KROQ’s web site.
The expanded set includes his two recent solo singles, at-home acoustic recordings, and a Bruce Springsteen cover.
The Two Minutes to Late Night covers series brings some macabre holiday cheer with its latest collab.
The bandmates also perform an acoustic version of “Walk On” during the Late Late Show Christmas special.
The Anselmo-led gothic Americana band will stream their live performance from the Orpheum Theater in NOLA.
The performance was recorded live from Los Angeles’ The Troubadour ahead of this weekend’s #SOSFest.
Epic home performance comes less than a week after her acoustic Tiny Desk Concert.
