Pukkelpop is an alternative music festival at Hasselt-Kiewit which is internationally recognized as the trendsetter among music festivals. Over the past years Pukkelpop has developed into one of the biggest alternative open-air festivals in Belgium.
In an op-ed in The Guardian, Greenwood writes, “My country’s music is great because it scorns borders and boundaries; it is a great patriotic source, a force of confidence, joy and shared passions.”
Promoter Danny Wimmer Presents intends stage a few of its festivals in 2021, with others on hold until 2022.
The January 28th event also promises archival footage from Beck, The Black Keys, The Killers, Coldplay, and more.
No Cover will be filmed at the famed Troubadour club in Los Angeles.
The country-turned-pop singer previously tackled the band’s 1991 classic “Nothing Else Matters”.
