Jimmy Bennett, who initially accused Argento of sexual misconduct, intends to file a claim with the L.A. Sheriff’s Department.
Three episodes, including one she directed, have been scrubbed by the network.
The move comes as the #MeToo leader faces sexual assault allegations of her own.
Plus, Argento has pulled out of The Netherland’s Le Guess Who? festival, which she was co-curating.
Argento called the allegations “absolutely false” and denied ever having a sexual relationship with Jimmy Bennett. But, she revealed that her former boyfriend, Bourdain, took it upon himself to handle to “deal compassionately with Bennett’s demand for help and give it to him.”
Argento is accused of assaulting her former co-star, Jimmy Bennett, in 2013.
He also took supporters of Donald Trump voters and Bernie Sanders to task.

The actress also warns fellow sexual predators who have yet “to be held accountable for their conduct against women.”
